SIBO Recipe

The famous recipe that led me to understanding how severe the dangerous effects of hydrogen sulfide can be.

H2S is a dangerous gas and gaso transmitter. Hydrogen sulfide is produced by bacterial breakdown of organic material or naturally produced via crude petroleum extraction, hot springs or natural gas.

Bacteria that utilize lactose like the probiotic bifido and others greatly reduce the production of H2S.

yogurt cream cheese cheesecake bites

1/3 c yogurt cheese

2-3 graham crackers (snapped to smallest size) 1 tbsp. confectioner’s sugar

1/8 tsp. vanilla extract

fresh strawberries or any desired fruit

Do not forget to consume your drained acid whey. It can be remixed in yogurt, milk or even water for an energy, immune and repair boost!

Hydrogen sulfide is both an irritant and a chemical asphyxiant with effects on both oxygen utilization and the central nervous system. Its health effects can vary depending on the level and duration of exposure. Repeated exposure can result in health effects occurring at levels that were previously tolerated without any effect. Low concentrations irritate the eyes, nose, throat and respiratory system (e.g., burning/ tearing of eyes, cough, shortness of breath). Asthmatics may experience breathing difficulties. The effects can be delayed for several hours, or sometimes several days, when working in low-level concentrations. Repeated or prolonged exposures may cause eye inflammation, headache, fatigue, irritability, insomnia, digestive disturbances and weight loss. Moderate concentrations can cause more severe eye and respiratory irritation (including coughing, difficulty breathing, accumulation of fluid in the lungs), headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, staggering and excitability.

High concentrations can cause shock, convulsions, inability to breathe, extremely rapid unconsciousness, coma and death. Effects can occur within a few breaths, and possibly a single breath.

Hydrogen sulfide is heavier than air and may
travel along the ground. It collects in low-lying
and enclosed, poorly-ventilated areas.

Remember, no more than 6 teaspoons (25 grams) of added sugar per day for women and 9 teaspoons (38 grams) for men. The AHA limits for children vary depending on their age and caloric needs, but range between 3-6 teaspoons (12 – 25 grams) per day. Children under two should have zero grams of sugar per day.

Famous SIBO Recipe

SIBO Recipe works in part by reversing inflammatory macrophages in the gut to anti inflammatory macrophages. Learn about this and other macrophage activating factors in Immune For Life.

SIBO Recipe

SIBO Recipe works by creating a slow dissolve oxygen capable of neutralizing gas like H2S, toxins and endotoxins and by reversing inflammatory macrophages in the gut to anti inflammatory macrophages in as little as two weeks (my exact experience).

Recipe:

2-4 drops zinc or 1/16 tsp.

1/2 teaspoon of milk of magnesia plus

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in

8 oz. glass of pure water

Some immediate relief should be experienced. Morning and evening, empty stomach. 4 days on, 3 days off to avoid metabolic and ph imbalance but dose is so low not likely in majority. Recipe 4 months only and then only as necessary. If nausea cut back doses in half or stop.

Zinc is toxic in high doses and should not be taken for long periods of time at high doses. Do not give zinc to pets or children unless under the supervision of a vet or doctor. The body needs very little zinc. Zinc toxicity is not reversed (Wiki).

Baking Soda May Be Just What the Doctor Ordered for Rheumatoid Arthritis

“After two weeks of drinking the baking soda and water mixture, scientists found that their immune cells (macrophages) appeared to change jobs.

Researchers said that the macrophages began to focus on reducing inflammation instead of promoting it”.

Researchers noted a shift in healthy human subjects from autoimmune and inflammatory actions to anti-inflammatory ones in the stomach, spleen, kidney, and peripheral blood.

The shifting landscape is likely due to an increased conversion of proinflammatory cells to anti-inflammatory, plus the production of more anti-inflammatory macrophages and a shift in regulatory T cells.

This combination of processes drives down the immune response and could potentially help to keep the immune system from attacking its own tissues, which occurs in autoimmune diseases”.
